For all of our shipments, we proudly use Sendle, a reliable and eco-friendly courier service. Sendle is known for its excellent delivery standards, secure handling, and carbon-neutral shipping practices, ensuring your luxury items arrive safely and sustainably.


3. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it promptly. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. On average, most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days for domestic orders within Australia. International shipping times may vary based on your destination country and customs processing.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the Sendle website. Should you have any questions or concerns about your order's status, our customer service team is happy to assist you.


6. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we offer shipping to select international locations. If we are unable to deliver to your country, you will be notified during the checkout process.


7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, including any apartment numbers or specific delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information.


8. Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with Sendle to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Signature Requirement

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your purchase. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
